We currently offer Cash on Delivery where available.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh.

Estimated delivery times:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days

• Outside Dhaka: 1–3 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, strikes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.

6. Returns & Cancellations

C-SHARK does not accept returns simply because of a change of mind or personal preference.

Returns are only considered for valid issues such as:

• Damaged products received upon delivery

• Wrong product received

• Manufacturing defects

Any eligible issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
